The processing status means that we will carry out strict quality controls on your items and ensure they are properly packed before preparing them for shipment. We are happy to announce that now most orders can be shipped out within 48 – 72 hours. Kindly note a small quantity of orders may still need between 3-5 business days depending on our stock availability.
We are unable to change addresses once you place an order. Get it right the first time. Your best bet is to keep an eye on tracking, contact the local post office when it gets close, and request to pick it up in person. If that doesn’t work, email us with your order number and an explanation for how you managed to screw up so bad.
We the package was shipped out, your email/sms will receive the shipping notice. Usually, the shipping time will take 12-25 business days, but some situations may cause the shipping delay, such at Hurrican, Mountain Fire, or the other situation, may cause the shipping delay. We will make sure you will receive the package, if not, we will give you the full refund,
If the package was delivered, but you are not received. Please contact us asap. And you need to confirm the order address again, if the address is correct, and the tracking info said the package was delivered successfully. You will need to contact the local post office asap.
When the order is shipped out, our email system will notify you.
Our mail system will automatically send the tracking number to you. You can track the shipping information on our tracking order page. If you want the local carrier shipping detail, please contact us for more detail.
Many mail services think we are inappropriate. Check your spam folder. Tracking numbers will send once your order has shipped out, and may also be hiding in your “spam” or “promos” folder.
